A seasonal insight to Fly fishing for Trout on the River Whiteadder. Records of how many trout and what fly was used to catch them, videos & photographs will also be added occasionally.
Where is the River Whiteadder, Well it is a river in East Lothian and Berwickshire, Scotland. It also flows for a very short distance through Northumberland before joining the River Tweed.
Went for a early season session at the cantys brig section, it was a bit cold and nothing moving. Will try again when the weather settles but if it looks like it might be heading for another terrible season i will stick to Chatton.

Weather has been terrible over the winter, not long until fishing season starts again, hoping for a much better time than last season.
